Here are some of the most common questions about our Rent-to-Own plan and what you get with your trailer.
The contract term is 18 months. After 18 months, the trailer is registered in your name and the deposit (plus interest) is refunded.
The monthly installment is R6,000.00 per month for 18 months.
The deposit is R3,500. It’s refundable with interest after 18 months when ownership is transferred, or refundable if you cancel within the first 12 months (T&Cs apply).
The Australian arm of PropTrack was acquired by REA Group In May 2018. A combination of unique data, industry expertise and analytical precision has made PropTrack a trusted leader in property data and automated valuations. From November 2018, PropTrack has been providing REA with most of the property insights used in consumer and customer experiences. More information about PropTrack is available on their website.

Yes. You can cancel within the first 12 months (T&Cs apply).
Your monthly rental includes:
– Structural insurance
– Ownership contribution
– Trailer registration & roadworthy
– Annual license renewal
– Gas Certificate of Compliance (CoC)
Each trailer comes with:
– Size: 2.4 x 1.6 m (430 kg)
– Space for 6 kg, 9 kg, and 12 kg gas cylinders
– Equipped with 2 grillers, 1 chip fryer, and 2-plate gas stoves/burners
Absolutely! Share your vision with us, and we’ll work closely with you to bring it to life. Whether color preference, fitting your own appliances during the build or adding custom plug-in points, we’ll tailor the trailer to suit your needs.
No, we do not install any electrical power supply systems. We only install the requested plug-in points if provided in advance.
Yes. Structural insurance is included in your monthly rental.
Yes. Delivery is free within Northern Cape areas. For locations outside the Northern Cape, delivery is available at an additional cost. Otherwise, collection is from Postmasburg, Northern Cape.
